Students are given a tracking
sheet to help each of them keep
track of their habits.
Throughout the week, the class
checks in and helps each other
stay on track.
“It started a conversation
every day about what we can do
to improve our plastic use. By
the end of the challenge most
students were using reusable
containers rather than throw
away sandwich bags.”
