With warmer weather inviting us outdoors, the end of the school year is the perfect moment to help students deepen their connection to nature, setting them up for a summer filled with outdoor fun and discovery. Read on for activities that can inspire your students to explore, appreciate, and care for the amazing nature all around us.

This August, you are invited to enjoy a nature getaway at Camp Jubilee in Cochrane organized by the Nature Education Collective.

Online Course: Eco-Anxiety to Eco-Action Micro credential

Help turn student worries – like wildfires – into action. This micro credential is a 5-week online course for educators that offers simple, practical ways to address and support students with their environmental concerns. Through five modules you can do at your own pace and three Zoom sessions, you’ll learn how to help build resilience and inspire hope through storytelling and hands-on projects.


Course runs from July 14-August 15, 2025.

A personalized certificate of completion will be provided upon completion.
