May 21st marks the International Day for Biodiversity! This month we’ve got activities to help students observe and appreciate the biodiversity all around us. We also have a fun new Earth Rangers Club Mission called Habitat Helper, which provides fun and creative ways for students to nurture biodiversity.

The Magic Camera (Earth Rangers), Using a “magic camera”, students observe the outdoors from two different perspectives: humans and wildlife. QUIZ:Animal Habitat Quiz (Earth Rangers), in this fun quiz, students guess which habitat different animals live in.
Refreshments (coffee break and lunch) and all course materials will be provided. You will receive a personalized certificate upon completion.
Through discussions, reflections, as well as outdoor learning experiences on the grounds of the beautiful Kortright Centre for Conservation, you will be introduced to tools and tactics to address the environment head-on and transform feelings of anxiety into positive environmental action among your students.
Next month, in celebration of Pollinator Week, we will suggest some fun and interactive activities, such as building bee habitats and planting the perfect plants for our pollinating friends! Environmentally yours,
